Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Zombie Jam (the “Game”) is operated by Hongkong Blion Technology Co., Limited (香港拾億科技有限公司), Business Registration No. 76545703 (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Game access

Current gameplay is provided free of charge and without a required account. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. We may update or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unfairly affecting completed purchases.

4. Fair use

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, interfere with the Game, bypass security, distribute malicious code, misuse other players’ information, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use the Game to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Progress and local storage

Game progress and preferences are currently saved in your browser. Clearing browser data, changing device or using private browsing may remove local progress. Free gameplay progress is not guaranteed to transfer between devices.

6. Future digital purchases

Paid products are not currently offered. If purchases are introduced, each product page and order summary will state the content, price, currency, delivery method and material restrictions before payment. Digital items will be licensed, not sold as property; they will have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred for money unless we expressly state otherwise.

Payment processing may be provided by an authorised third-party payment provider. The provider may apply additional payment terms. A browser redirect alone will not establish a successful purchase; our server records will determine whether payment and delivery are complete.

7. Rewards and no gambling

Zombie Jam does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, paid lottery entries or cash withdrawal. Any free gameplay reward is earned through play, cannot be purchased for money and has no cash value.

8. Intellectual property

The Game, visual designs, audio, code, characters, names and other content are owned by us or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from free use of the Game, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will publish the revised date on this page. Material changes affecting paid rights will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
