Refund Policy
Zombie Jam is currently free to play and does not yet accept payments. This Policy states the standards that will apply before paid digital content is launched.
Effective and last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Eligible refund situations
When paid digital content becomes available, customers may request review of a charge within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or equivalent correction when we confirm:
- duplicate billing for the same order;
- successful payment but failure to deliver the purchased entitlement within a reasonable time;
- a materially incorrect product description or delivery of the wrong item;
- an unauthorised transaction, subject to reasonable verification; or
- a refund required by applicable law.
2. Change-of-mind requests
Digital content is normally delivered immediately. A change-of-mind refund may be declined after the content has been successfully delivered, activated, downloaded or materially used, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable right. This does not limit remedies for defective, missing or misdescribed content.
3. How to request help
Email jack19178@163.com with the order number, purchase email, transaction date, amount and reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes.
4. Review and payment timing
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and communicate a decision within 10 business days after receiving the necessary information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
5. Refund method restrictions
Availability of full or partial refunds and the permitted refund window can vary by payment method and provider rules. Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
6. Chargebacks and support
Please contact us first so we can investigate missing delivery or duplicate charges promptly. This request does not prevent you from exercising rights available through your payment provider or law.
